March 3, 2015: 

Today we discussed the form of the essay and students were instructed to use the alternating format for their comparison.

We took a close look at the type of comparative essay written at the university level by accessing The University of Toronto's Writing Centre. 

Students MUST develop an outline for the essay, using the alternating format within EACH body paragraph. 

Homework: The rough draft is due next class!
